Global Youth Service Day is April 27th! Our 8th graders are teaming up with JustServe.org and are inviting youth and families from our community to come together for a blooming cause! From 9am to noon, come join them as they build a pollinator garden that will serve as a sanctuary for bees, butterflies, and other vital pollinators.

They're looking for 50 enthusiastic volunteers who are eager to dig into this project! Whether you have a green thumb or are new to gardening, your efforts will help our 8th graders contribute to a sustainable future and provide essential habitats for pollinators, which are crucial for our ecosystem.

The event will take place at HCCS in our community garden area behind the building. Parking is available in the front parking lot. Participants, please bring any garden tools, wheelbarrows, and gloves and make sure all personal items are marked with your name and contact information.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference in our community! Sign up now at https://www.justserve.org/heritagecommunitycharterschool1 if you’d like to help our 8th graders transform their pollinator garden project from a plan into reality. Together, we can create a buzz-worthy habitat that will flourish for years to come!
